My experience
I spent two years as the voice of UX at a fast-paced US creative agency, creating websites from scratch. I brought business and user needs to the forefront of design for a broad spectrum of B2B and B2C clients.
I then moved in-house at Naked Wines (D2C) for four years as a Product Designer, where I worked across a variety of teams and challenges, using research and testing to align design with business goals. I led projects that reduced customer contacts during subscription servicing, smoothly implemented updates in the app, increased conversion rates in the acquisition funnel, ensured parity between app and web experiences, and developed new features from the ground up.
